Every price on this page is for a home up to 1,000 square feet, which is where the grid starts. It runs up to 8,000. Yard services are priced by acreage instead. Nobody here can discount a price, so what you are quoted is what it costs. Ask for your number.

On every Honorable Shield visit
Included, from $61/moOver twenty pests, rodents among them. No upcharge when something new shows up and no second plan to buy. Eight small bait stations and two large ones come with it, free.
Seasonal yard protection
Add-on, from $117/visitMosquito Shield. A backpack fog across the yard every 30 to 45 days, which knocks the adults down. One treatment covers mosquitoes, ticks and fleas outdoors. Priced by acreage, not by house size, and you can cancel any time.

Three layers. The house, the lawn, then the property line. Not a rushed spray along your baseboards. A cheap quote usually skips two of the three.
Foundation barrier
Three feet up the wall. Three feet out from it. All the way round the house, plus windows, doors, the garage and the roofline. That strip is the road bugs use to get in.
Measured with a tape, not eyeballed
Granular yard moat
A ring of granules across the lawn. Rain wakes it back up. So does your sprinkler. In a Michigan summer that is most weeks.

Treated, but quoted as its own job
These are not on the Shield list, so they are priced per visit rather than rolled into the plan. Call and we will give you a number.
What we do not treat
Five things, and it is better you hear it here than after a phone call. We do not treat roaches, bed bugs, fleas inside the house, weevils or termites. Not on a plan and not as a one-time job. If that is what you have, you want a company that specializes in it.
One exception worth knowing: fleas in the yard we do treat. They come with Mosquito Shield, in the same treatment as mosquitoes and ticks. It is only fleas already established indoors that we cannot help with.

What pest control services do you offer?
Three plans and two add-ons. Honorable Shield is the main one: quarterly treatments, 20+ pests, rodents included, all year. Summer Shield is the same thing from April through October only. Rodent Shield is rodents on their own. The add-ons are Mosquito Shield and moles. There is also a one-time treatment if you do not want a plan.
How much does pest control cost?
Honorable Shield starts at $61 a month, or $182 a quarter, or $828 for the year paid up front. The first visit is $282 on quarterly billing. A one-time treatment starts at $497. Every price moves with the size of your house, so those are the numbers for a home up to 1,000 square feet.
Do I need a separate plan for each pest?
No. One plan covers over twenty pests, rodents included. Most people assume mice cost extra. They do not. If something different turns up next month it is still covered, at no extra charge.
What happens if pests come back between visits?
You call and we come back free. There is no limit while the plan is active, and we schedule the re-treat within 48 hours. Summer Shield gets the same thing, but only inside its April to October season.
What is not covered?
Five things, and we would rather tell you now than on the phone: roaches, bed bugs, fleas inside the house, weevils and termites. We do not treat any of those indoors. Fleas in the yard are a different story and are covered by Mosquito Shield.
Are the bait stations extra?
No. Eight small and two large come with Honorable Shield and Rodent Shield at no charge. You can turn them down and the price does not change. Extra stations beyond that set are $5 a month for a small one and $8.33 for a large.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. We quote over the phone and it is free. If you want somebody to come out and look before you decide, that is a $97 inspection. It is not refundable, but the whole $97 comes off your first visit if you go ahead, so your $282 initial becomes $185.
Is there a discount if I pay for the year?
No, and we would rather be straight about it. $828 is the list price for the year either way. Paying up front just means one payment instead of four. There are no discounts on anything, and nobody here can lower a price.
