We stay close on purpose.
Plenty of companies will happily drive two hours for a job. We will not, and that is deliberate.
When somebody on a plan calls because the ants are back, we promise to be there within 48 hours. You can only keep that promise if the customer is half an hour away. Stretch the map and the promise quietly becomes next week.
It also means the technician knows the ground. Carpenter ants behave differently in a 1920s Ann Arbor house than in a 2015 Novi subdivision, and you learn that by working both every week, not by reading about it.

Southeast Michigan has its own set of problems, and they move with the calendar rather than staying put all year.
Carpenter ants in the old neighborhoods
Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti and the older parts of Livonia and Plymouth. Wet springs, a heavy tree canopy and houses with eighty years of settling behind them. Ant control, carpenter ants included.
Mice, every fall, everywhere
A Michigan winter pushes them indoors and an old foundation gives them a dozen ways in. A quarter inch is enough. Rodents are already included in the plan.
Mosquitoes along the Huron
The river corridor and the lakes out through Livingston hold damp all summer. Gallup Park, the Arb, Hamburg, Pinckney. Mosquito Shield is the add-on for it.
Moles in the newer subdivisions
Novi, South Lyon, Commerce, Hartland. Fresh topsoil over clay makes easy digging, and the lawns are big enough to show every ridge. Mole control.

Do you cover my area?
We run routes in 38 towns across four counties: Washtenaw, Livingston, Oakland and Wayne. Put your ZIP in the box at the top of this page. If it is not on the list, call anyway, because the list is where we run regular routes, not a hard border.
Do you charge a trip fee?
No. No travel fee, no fuel surcharge, no trip charge anywhere in the service area. There used to be a $100 stand-alone trip charge and it does not exist any more. If anyone quotes you one, it is out of date.
Which counties do you cover?
Four: Washtenaw, Oakland, Wayne and Livingston. Washtenaw is our home county. The map shows all of them to scale.
Do you come out to look before I buy?
Only if you want us to. We quote over the phone and that is free. If you would rather somebody looked first, that is a $97 inspection, and the full $97 comes off your service if you go ahead. So a $282 first visit becomes $185. It only costs you if you decide to do nothing.
Do you treat rural properties and acreage?
Yes, and a lot of Livingston County is exactly that. Yard services like Mosquito Shield and mole control are priced by acreage rather than house size, so a big lot is quoted on the lot.
How fast can you get out here?
If you are already on a plan and something came back, we book the re-treat within 48 hours and it is free. For a new job it depends on where you are in the route week. Call and we will tell you the real date, not a guess.
Does the price change depending on where I live?
No. Price depends on the size of your house, or the size of your lot for yard services. Not your ZIP code. The same house costs the same in Fowlerville as it does in Ann Arbor, and nobody here can discount it.
How much is pest control here?
