Honorable Pest Control (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to delivering effective pest control services and ensuring your satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains how we handle re-treatments, refunds, and cancellations.

Your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We stand behind the quality of our work, and if pests come back, so do we. Our goal is to resolve any pest issue to your complete satisfaction, and we offer multiple options to make things right depending on your service type.

Honorable Shield customers. Pest insurance guarantee
If you are an active Honorable Shield customer and covered pests return between your scheduled quarterly visits, our Pest Insurance Guarantee has you covered:
We will re-treat your property at no additional charge.
Re-treatments are scheduled at our earliest available appointment.
The guarantee covers only pests included in your specific service agreement.
You must maintain an active Honorable Shield agreement to remain eligible.
The Pest Insurance Guarantee provides free re-treatment rather than a monetary refund, because our priority is solving your pest problem completely.

One-Time services
One-time pest treatments are standalone services and do not include a satisfaction guarantee or free follow-up treatments:
One-time treatments are billed and completed as a single service visit.
If additional treatment is needed after a one-time service, a new service call will be scheduled at standard rates.
One-time services do not include the Pest Insurance Guarantee. that benefit is exclusively for active Honorable Shield customers.

Refund eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
Service not rendered: If you were charged for a service that was not performed, you are entitled to a full refund.
Billing error: If you were charged an incorrect amount, we will correct the charge and refund any overpayment.
Duplicate charge: If your payment method was charged more than once for the same service, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.

Non-Refundable items
The following are not eligible for refund:
Initial treatment fee: Once the initial treatment has been performed, the initial service fee is non-refundable.
Completed one-time services: One-time treatments where pest activity was addressed and the service was fully performed are non-refundable. Follow-up visits for one-time customers are billed as a new service.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Cancellation of Honorable Shield
If you cancel your Honorable Shield agreement before the 12-month term is complete, any refund will be pro-rated based on the services already rendered. An early termination fee may apply based on the remaining balance of your agreement. Please contact us to discuss your options before cancelling. We are always happy to work with you to find a solution.

If you have a concern about a charge on your account, please contact us directly before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. Contacting us first allows us to investigate and correct any errors right away, which is typically faster than a formal dispute process.
