How We Approach Pest Control

We start by identifying the pest, the source of activity, and property conditions that may be contributing to the problem. Depending on what we find, we may recommend a one-time treatment, exclusion work, a specialty service, or recurring protection. The appropriate option depends on the pest and property, not a one-size-fits-all recommendation.

Before work begins, we explain the proposed treatment, preparation or access requirements, price, included follow-up, and any important limitations.

Inspection and Identification

The treatment recommendation begins with the pest, evidence, entry points, and property conditions found during the inspection.

Treatment and Preparation Guidance

The technician explains where treatment will occur and provides any product label, preparation, access, pet, child, or re-entry instructions that apply.

Clear Follow-Up Terms

Re-treatment is included for pests covered by an active Honorable Shield plan between scheduled visits, subject to the plan and service agreement.

Honorable Shield is the company's recurring residential protection plan. The current plan describes four scheduled visits per year, rodent bait station monitoring, and re-treatment for covered pests between scheduled visits. One-time and specialty services remain available when recurring protection is not the appropriate recommendation.
