Honorable Pest Control (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides pest control services to residential and commercial customers in Southeast Michigan. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at honorablepestcontrol.com and the pest control services we provide.
By using our website or engaging our pest control services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Honorable Pest Control offers professional pest control services for both residential and commercial properties throughout Southeast Michigan. Our services include general pest management, targeted pest treatments, preventive pest control programs, and seasonal pest protection. Specific services and treatment plans are determined during your initial consultation and outlined in your service agreement.
Our Honorable Shield program is a 12-month service agreement that provides ongoing, year-round pest protection for your property. The agreement includes:
Initial Treatment: $282 — a comprehensive first visit to address existing pest activity and establish a protective barrier.
Quarterly Treatments: $182 per quarter — scheduled follow-up visits to maintain protection throughout the year.
Agreement Term: 12 months from the date of your initial treatment. Your agreement automatically renews unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy below.
We also offer one-time pest treatments for customers who do not wish to enroll in an ongoing service agreement. One-time treatments are priced based on the type of pest, severity of the issue, and the size of the property. One-time services do not include the Pest Insurance Guarantee and are not guaranteed for re-treatment. Payment is due in full at the time of service.
You are responsible for providing our technicians with reasonable access to your property at the scheduled appointment time. If access is not available upon arrival, we may need to reschedule, and a trip charge may apply. For exterior-only treatments, we may service the property without the homeowner present, provided the exterior is accessible. Please ensure pets, children, and personal items are secured before our technicians arrive.
Our Pest Insurance Guarantee is available exclusively to Honorable Shield customers who maintain an active service agreement. Under this guarantee:
If covered pests return between your scheduled quarterly visits, we will re-treat your property at no additional charge.
You must maintain an active Honorable Shield agreement to be eligible for the Pest Insurance Guarantee.
The guarantee applies only to pests covered under your specific service agreement.
Re-treatments are scheduled at our earliest availability and are subject to normal access requirements.
Payment is due at the time of service for one-time treatments. For Honorable Shield customers, quarterly payments are processed automatically via autopay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By enrolling in autopay, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each scheduled quarterly treatment. If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services.
The Honorable Shield program is a 12-month commitment. If you choose to cancel your agreement before the 12-month term is complete, the remaining balance of your agreement may apply. To cancel, please contact us by phone at (734) 519-6671 or by email at office@honorablepestcontrol.com. Cancellation requests are processed within 5–7 business days.
Honorable Pest Control performs all services in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations. While we strive for effective pest elimination, we cannot guarantee the complete eradication of all pest activity due to environmental factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to re-treatment of the property under the terms of your service agreement. We are not liable for damage to property or landscaping that results from pre-existing pest infestations, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
To ensure effective treatment, you are responsible for preparing your property as instructed by our team prior to service. This may include clearing areas around baseboards, removing items from under sinks, securing food and pet dishes, and ensuring access to treatment areas. Failure to adequately prepare may reduce treatment effectiveness, and Honorable Pest Control is not responsible for diminished results due to inadequate preparation.
The following are not covered under the Pest Insurance Guarantee or any standard service agreement unless separately contracted:
Wildlife removal: Including but not limited to raccoons, opossums, bats, birds, and skunks.
Termite treatment: Termite inspections and treatments are available as a separate service and are not included in the Honorable Shield program.
Bed bug treatment: Bed bug services require specialized treatment protocols and are available as a separate service agreement.
Damage caused by pests: We are not responsible for structural, electrical, or cosmetic damage caused by pest activity prior to or during treatment.
By providing your mobile phone number and scheduling services with Honorable Pest Control, you may opt in to receive automated text messages for appointment notifications, reminders, and review requests.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Washtenaw County, Michigan.
